Facilities Assessment & Energy Usage Audit
We start with a detailed assessment of each facility, analyzing energy usage, utility rates, and site conditions. Our team evaluates the feasibility and economic performance of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), identifying where renewables will deliver the greatest impact.
Each assessment includes preliminary system sizing, constructability reviews, interconnection considerations, and high-level ROI analysis providing a clear foundation for informed decision-making.
Renewable Energy Action Plan
Using assessment findings, VRE develops a Renewable Energy Action Plan that prioritizes projects and defines a clear path forward. The plan outlines recommended technologies, implementation timelines, cost ranges, financing options, and expected performance—giving stakeholders confidence to move from concept to execution.
Design & Procurement
VRE supports projects through detailed design coordination and strategic procurement. We establish performance-based design criteria, review engineering documents, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and utility requirements.
We also manage competitive RFP processes for EPCs and vendors, evaluating proposals based on cost, experience, system performance, warranties, and execution approach—helping clients select partners that deliver long-term value.
Renewable Construction Management
VRE provides end-to-end construction management to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. We self-perform construction management services or oversee EPCs and contractors, coordinating all stakeholders through installation, commissioning, and closeout.
Our active oversight reduces risk, improves communication, and ensures systems perform as intended from day one.
