Free Consultation, and preliminary proposal
Our process begins with a free consultation to discuss your renewable energy objectives and your facility’s energy demands. Next, VRE will prepare a custom tailored preliminary design and proposal for a solar energy system that will best achieve your energy goals and generate the highest possible ROI.
Final Proposal, Contract and System Approvals
If you are interested in proceeding, VRE will then prepare a final design and proposal.
Once you have accepted the final proposal and signed an agreement, VRE will move forward with obtaining all necessary permits and utility approvals to install your solar energy system.
Schedule Installation
VRE always coordinates with its customers to schedule an installation date most convenient to our customers. The installation itself can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the system, but VRE can perform the work with very limited or no disruption to your business operations.
Final Commissioning
Upon completion of the installation, VRE will perform a final inspection of the system to verify that it meets the industry’s highest standards and is operating at peak performance. VRE also will establish an online monitoring platform for your system that will allow for continuous monitoring of the system and provide a customer-friendly portal to access the system’s real-time and historical performance, renewable energy production, and energy savings.
Close-Out & Customer Training
After commissioning the system and obtaining all final approvals to operate the system, VRE will provide a comprehensive package detailing the as-built system and customer training on the operation of the system and use of the monitoring system.
